How can I pay?

 

  1. Send me an email of the item(s) you are interested in purchasing to beyouniqueboutique92@gmail.com.

  2. Once I recieve your email, I will then send you an inovice on the item(s) you are interested in purchasing. 

  3. Once the invoice is sent, you will have the option to pay online with your credit card info OR paypal info.

  4. Once I have recieved your payment for your item(s), your merchandise will be shipped out immediately!

  5. MAKE SURE that the card info that you use to make your purchase(s) has the CORRECT information that way there are NO mistakes made & your merchandise gets to YOU & doesn't get lost! (For ex: I will be using the address from your credit card / paypal account to ship your item(s) to).

  6. I am NOT responsilble for lost or stolen items! I keep track of ALL my orders & also get notified when the shipment has been delivered. I go through UPS when I ship my items out UNLESS you choose otherwise. So if there were to be ANY shipping difficulties please contact UPS or use the UPS tracking number I provide for you to keep track of your order.

What type of sizing do you use on your site?

 

  1. ​​Fitted dresses: Small , Medium , Large & Xtra Large! (Fitted dresses are spandex / stretchy material)

  2. Long / Classy dresses: Small , Medium or Large! (Laced dresses fit as sized)

  3. Shorts: Small, Medium , Large & Xtra Large! (Fit as sized)

  4. Pants: Small , Medium , Large & Xtra Large! (Sm- 1-4 , Med- 5-7 Lar- 8-10 Xl- 11-12 fit as sized)

  5. Shirts: Small , Medium , Large , Xtra Large! (Fit as sized)

  6. Heels - See Chart Below! (Check American sizes if you live in the U.S)

What is your return policy? 

 

  1. Send me an email stating YOUR NAME, DATE OF PURCHASE, ORDER NUMBER & your reasoning as to WHY you are returning your item(s).

  2. Once I have recieved your email, you can then ship back your item(s) to 1616 Berry Blvd. Louisville, KY 40215. Once I have recieved your returned item(s) you can then go back to the site & choose another item(s) in EXCHANGE for the item(s) you have returned but, ONLY for the same price as the item(s) you are returning! 

  3. NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGES ONLY!

Can I cancel my order?

​

Yes, but ONLY if your item(s) have NOT been shipped out yet! Once your item(s) have been shipped the ONLY way you can cancel the item(s) from being delivered to you is by getting ahold of UPS (you will be provided a tracking / order number for your item(s) you have purchased, that way you can call UPS & they can track your order with the tracking OR order number provided).

 

* Cancelling orders may take a long process due to millions of orders being recieved hourly by UPS! DO NOT blame me for cancelled orders once I have shipped your item(s) out, because once I ship your item(s) out your order is no longer in my hands. UPS is responsible for your order once your order is placed by BeYOUnique Boutique.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

ALL ORDERS TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 3 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECIEVE FROM DATE SHIPPED OUT!
